Company Profile - Rate Card
The Rate Card tab of the Company Profile is a crucial section for transparently communicating your service or product rates to potential buyers. By providing a simple and organized format, it helps establish a clear starting point for cost analysis and negotiation. This transparency fosters trust and can streamline the purchasing process.
To add a new rate card, click the "Add New Rate" button. A modal form will open, allowing you to enter and save the details of the new rate card.
If you click the Edit icon on the far right of any row, the same modal form will open, allowing you to modify and save details of an existing rate card.
You can edit the following fields:

Type |
Choose the type of rate being applied e.g. Time, Material or other |
Name |
Provide the name of the rate card. This could be a specific title for the type of service or product. |
Product Code |
If applicable, include a product code for easy reference. |
Description |
Provide a brief description of the rate card. This can include any relevant details, such as the services/products covered under the rate, conditions, or applicable terms. |
Cost Details |
Outline the cost details associated with the rate. This section allows you to elaborate on the pricing breakdown. |
Documentation |
This section allows you to upload any documentation supporting the rate card. |
When you have finished either setting up a new rate card or editing an existing one, click the "Save" button to save your changes.
To delete an existing rate card, click the "Delete" button. When the confirmation message appears, confirm the deletion.
To hide a specific rate card on your profile from buyers, click the Eye icon located at the end of the row.
