Company Profile - Locations

The Locations tab of the Company Profile allows you to add the details of your company’s locations and map the location on Google Maps, ensuring that buyers can easily visualize the exact location of your business.

You can set the primary location for your company by selecting the main location from the Primary Location drop down list and clicking the "Update" button. The primary location for the business is indicated by the blue star next to the location name and by having the name displayed in a bold font.

To add a new location, click the "Add New Location" button. A modal form will open, allowing you to enter and save the details of the new location.

If you click the Edit icon on the far right of any row, the same modal form will open, allowing you to modify and save the details of an existing location.

You can edit the following fields:

Field	Description
Name	The name of the address such as Head Office, Goods In, Depot etc.
Address	The street address of the location. May be split into address line 1 and address line 2.
City	The city / suburb / town / location of the address.
State	The state of the address.
Country	The county of the address.
Postcode	The postcode that corresponds to the address.
Set Map Location	When you press the Set Map Location button the location details entered are validated against Google Maps and latitude / longitude coordinates are returned and stored.
Mailing Address	Enter the mailing address for the location. If it matches the physical address, simply check the box labelled "As above"
Phone Number Type	The type of phone number such as office, home, mobile, fax etc.
Country Code	The country calling codes or country dial-in codes prefix for reaching telephone subscribers in the networks of the member countries or regions of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
Area Code	The two-digit STD area code that precedes the eight-digit local phone number.
Phone Number	The eight-digit local phone number.

When you have finished either setting up a new location or editing an existing one, click the "Save" button to save your changes.

To delete a location, click the "Delete" button. When the confirmation message appears, confirm the deletion.
