The General tab of the Company Profile is used to contain basic company information such as:

1. Legal Name: The official name of the company as registered with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). It must match the name on your legal documents.

2. Display Name: This is the name your business is known by in the market or for public-facing purposes. It may differ from the legal name (e.g., your trading name or brand name).

3. Business Identifications: This section includes:

• ABN (Australian Business Number): If your business is registered with an ABN, this number will appear here.
• ACN (Australian Company Number): If applicable, this number is used to uniquely identify your company in the Australian corporate registry.
• NZBN (New Zealand Business Number): If your business is registered in New Zealand, this number would be listed here.

4. Website: The URL to your company’s website, providing direct access to your online presence.

All information on this tab can be modified either in the Manage Business section of tenant sites or in the Company Profile section of the Consolidated Tenders Site.

After making changes to your Business Information, click the "Save Changes" button before moving to a different tab.

If you click the "Deactivate Business" button, it will be marked as inactive. After logging out, you won’t be able to log in or operate the company within Consolidated Tenders.
