The Consolidated Tenders site, like the state and territory government tenant tendering websites, is powered by the Consolidated Tenders Platform, so it could offer this capability. However, at this point we don’t allow uploading of tender responses on the Consolidated Tenders site. The process of uploading tender responses is the most sensitive part of the tendering process, and the one that is most likely to be contested. Because of this, buyers are more comfortable if that part of the process is performed on the tenant sites. This may change in the future.

On the tender details page, there is a "Respond" button. When you click it, you’ll be redirected to the tenant site associated with that tender. Once on the tenant site, you can log in using either your local site credentials or your Consolidated Tenders credentials. After logging in, you can respond to the tender just as you normally would.
