Search Tenders, Saved Searches and Daily Notifications
The Consolidated Tenders Platform offers a centralized location for suppliers to search for tenders across various jurisdictions. The screen shots below show the search filters available.
The platform provides several search criteria to refine your tender searches:
Criteria |
Description |
Keywords |
Allows suppliers to search by tender title, description, categories, issuer, status and by code. |
Region |
The supplier can filter the location of the tenders to one or more specific states in Australia and New-Zealand. |
Category |
Filters search results to tenders that have been marked with UNSPSC classification categories and sub-categories and any that have been marked with a sub classification of that category. For example, if you select the classification of 20102100 Rock drills, the search results will also include tenders that were categorized as 20102101 Pneumatic rock drills. However, if you chose the category 20102101 Pneumatic rock drills, the search will not return tenders that were categorized as 20102100 Rock drills. |
Status |
Allows for filtering of tender status, such as Current or Past etc. By default, Current is selected as these are the tenders that can be responded to. |
Title |
Searching by keywords found in the title of the tender. |
Code |
Search by full or partial tender code. |
Opportunity Type |
Search by the type of tender, such as Future Plans, Panel Opportunities and Grants etc. |
Published Date |
Set a start and end range for tenders that match the opening date between these ranges. |
Closing Date |
Set a start and end range for tenders that match the closing date between these ranges. |
Search only my categories |
A toggle that only searches for tenders that have categories that match the UNSPSC set in the supplier profile |
The more search criteria you use the more focussed the list of results will be.Once you have entered the search criteria, click the Search Icon. The system will return search results sorted by closing date.
